Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your luxury items in their original protective boxes and shipping materials to ensure they arrive back at our studio undamaged.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a complimentary home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
